About our Pricing: We work hard to maintain the lowest prices possible. Back ordered parts: At Larrys Thunderbird and Mustang Parts we strive to fulfill all orders completely and as quickly as possible. Occasionally back orders occur. If we have backordered an item to you we will make it a priority to ship it to you as soon as possible. Your account will not be credited for the backordered item(s) unless you request that we do so or we have determined that your order cannot be fulfilled. If you have a time sensitive order or an air shipment, please call to check availability before ordering as we do not send backorder notifications.
Refunds: Refunds: Please note that refunds can take up to 5 days to issue when an order is canceled. Also note that the company is only given a window of 200 days to issue refunds on an order placed through PayPal. Once that timeframe has passed, any money owed to a customer will be issued by check.
For Our International Customers: We try to ship your complete order in a timely manner. In some cases, this means we will wait to ship your order until we have all requested parts on hand. If you prefer that we ship your order incomplete and ship the backorder later, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges on the backorder.
In order to avoid your shipment being held or delayed in Customs, we are unable to add to website orders after they have been submitted and payment has been processed. If additional parts are needed, a separate order will need to be created. Unfortunately, we cannot ship paints, dyes, or other hazardous materials by air delivery or to any foreign countries. Air/Expedited Shipments: Along with our standard ground shipping, we are pleased to offer Fedex Next Day AM, Next Day Standard., 2 Day Air, 3 day Select and USPS Priority Mail shipping services to our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot ship paints, dyes, or other hazardous materials by air delivery or to any foreign countries. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note: Orders shipping by air or expedited services must be submitted no later than 1 PM Pacific time in order to be processed the same business day. Orders submitted after 1 PM Pacific time will be processed the following business day.
