Placing Orders

It is our goal to ship all orders within one day of receipt. If we are out of stock on a part and cannot supply within a reasonable length of time, we will refund your check or money order. All VISA®, MasterCard™, Discovercard®, and American Express orders will be accepted. Personal checks are welcome, but we may have to hold the order for 14 days for check clearance. All COD Orders must be paid by certified funds. The shippers will not accept cash. There is an extra charge of $7.50 for each COD package.

If you are including payment with your order, be sure to allow for freight charges. Credit card numbers must be accompanied by expiration date and validation code.

Internet Orders

Larry's catalogs are featured on our web sites: www.larrysbird.com or www.larrysmustang.com. Follow instructions located on the site for proper ordering.

Returned/Refused Shipments

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges, storage charges, and a minimum 10% handling fee on all refunded shipments. Merchandise returned that is not defective or damaged is subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge. The handling fee for parts purchased as 'used' is 15%. No Returns Accepted on Special Order Items.

Damaged Merchandise/Missing Merchandise

Inspect your parts immediately upon receipt. If you should receive parts that are freight damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact us immediately. If you find a shortage in your order, you must advise us of that shortage within 7 days. We can only accept responsibility for shortages reported within the 7-day time period. Please do not ship damaged parts back to us without prior authorization. We will do everything possible to see that you are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Pricing

We attempt to maintain all prices, however, because of normal market changes, we reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.

Core Charges

A Core Charge is applied to most rebuilt items. This is in addition to the price of the part but is refundable upon supplying Larry's with your correct and rebuildable core. This is done so that we may continue to recycle good cores. If we run out of good cores, we must have your core in advance so that we can rebuild it and return it to you. Cores must be assembled, rebuildable, authentically correct, and drained of all fluids to receive a core charge refund.

What information does LTMP gather and/or track about you?

General
The information that customers provide is used to allow our customers to purchase our products online, to provide our customers with personalized Website content tailored to the particular interests of each individual customer, to continuously improve the convenience and functionality of our Website, for market analysis and other internal purposes and to provide to our customers promotions through our Website.

Account Registration
When you set up an account you will be asked to provide your email address and a password, as well as provide information regarding your vehicle. The information you provide in your account allows LTMP to personalize searches and facilitate the ordering process. During registration of your account, LTMP will ask for your name, address, email address and other personal information, including data about your automobile. The more information you voluntarily provide (and the more accurate it is), the better LTMP will be able to customize your experience.

Ordering
Our Website utilizes both a shopping cart and email forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We may collect customers' contact information (such as email addresses) and financial information (such as account or credit card information). This information enables us to process and fulfill our customers' orders and notify our customers of their order status. When you provide credit card information on our online form, you are connected to a secure server, which encrypts credit card information over the Internet.

Anonymous Information
LTMP may also gather anonymous information, which may be used by LTMP. This is information which does not personally identify you, but which may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer. Generally this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "cookies," "IP addresses," or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

Cookies
LTMP employs cookies to recognize you and your access privileges on the Website, as well as to track site usage. Subscribers who do not accept cookies from the domain cannot access some areas of LTMP's Website.

IP Addresses
LTMP also logs IP addresses for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. (Your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet). We do not log IP addresses to track your session, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.

Credit Card Information
If you use a credit card to pay for a purchase, it will be used only to fulfill your orders. LTMP will not share your credit card information. LTMP will store your credit card number for internal verification purposes and will only use this information for future purchases with your authorization and verification. For your protection LTMP will never display more than five digits of your credit card number on the screen or on any invoices.

Statistical Analysis
LTMP may perform statistical analyses of user behavior in order to measure interest in the various areas of our site (for product development purposes).

Email
Using the email addresses provided at registration, LTMP periodically sends promotional email to its subscribers about services offered by LTMP. LTMP may contact you regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement, and to confirm registration. Many of our subscribers find these mail or email promotions valuable, whether they are shopping for merchandise, taking advantage of a special offer or purchasing unique services.

Since any order information you provide to LTMP will be transmitted using a secure connection, customers with Web browsers that cannot support this level of security will not be able to order products through the LTMP Website.
